Most bartending companies start at $600 and won't touch a backyard party. We will. Our $250 flat rate covers up to four hours of full two-person bar service for any size group, anywhere within 60 miles of Asheville (events 20+ miles from Asheville incur a travel fee).

Two to four weeks is ideal. May through September is our busy season — graduations, showers, summer parties, and Airbnb weekends all stack up — so reach out as early as you can for dates in that window. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it's always worth asking.

The only additional costs are as follows: additional hours are $50 each, events 20–40 miles from Asheville add a $25 travel fee, and events 40–60 miles from Asheville add a $50 travel fee. Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.

For liquor, the host applies for a Limited Special Occasion Permit through NC ABC — a straightforward $50 online form filed at least 14 days before your event. We can also add per-event liability insurance (around $60) if your venue or HOA requires it.
